Please don’t mistakenly read that as everything is perfect. Quite the contrary. Life is filled with challenges, and I’m an imperfect person building a life with imperfect people. But it’s how someone chooses to walk through those challenges that separates the heavily burdened from the joyful.
By building my faith and identity in the Word of God, learning success principles, and applying them through daily habits and routines, I have truly transformed my life and experience as a stay-at-home mom. And I want the same for you!
Here at Healthy and Imperfect, I’m dedicated to helping you take care of yourself again–spirit, soul and body–so you can make an impact in your family and beyond. Your journey won’t be perfect. It never is and being a mom=interruptions. But each imperfect attempt to better yourself will eventually lead you to the person and life you desire.
